My typical stress response is anger. It typically shows up in my life when I get stressed out a lot, when I am overwhelmed, upset, and having anxiety attacks. I know I am angry when I cant breath properly, I start crying because of the anger, and I start to scratch myself. My body starts to feel tired, warm, and weak. I begin to cry, get tired, and scratch myself.
A emotion I want to feel more of is happiness. I want to start focusing on myself and get better so that I can start feeling proud and happy about myself no matter what.
